***Brain Fever*** - Spirit Intensity required: 3 Condition & Effects Victim suffers weakness losing 1 point of INT per week if chronic, per day if acute and per hour if terminal. Condition is permanent and requires one month per point of full-time care to recover.
***Brittleskin*** - Spirit Intensity required: 2 First contact affects one hit location, following ones a random other one. Location suffers additional hit point loss when damaged and do not heal naturally.
***Convulsions*** - Spirit Intensity required: 2 incapacitating nerve attacks. Each time attack occurs (usually when under any kind of stress) - victim writhes in the ground unable to do any other action for 1d3+3 minutes minus the healing rate.
***Creeping Chills*** -. Spirit Intensity required: 3 Condition & Effects The victim is wracked by shivers that no degree of heat can alleviate. Victim suffers weakness losing 1 point of CON per week if chronic, per day if acute and per hour if terminal. Condition is permanent and requires one month per point of full-time care to recover.

***Slow Withers*** Spirit Intensity required:3 The disease atrophies portions of the body. Attacks one hit location. Each attack victim suffers a permanent loss of 1 Hit Point in the location(s) affected, due to necrosis of the injured tissue. Loss is permanent. If hitloc goes to zero the limb is withered and useless, chest, head or abdomen kills.
***Sneezing*** Spirit Intensity required 1 Will sneeze uncontrollably and with increasing explosiveness. Each attack adds one difficulty grade to stealth skill checks.
***Sniffles*** Spirit Intensity required: 1 Condition & Effects Increases Fatigue level. Severity is based on severity of the disease: Winded for chronic cases, Wearied for acute and Debilitated for terminal. One difficulty grade for all smell based skills
***Soul Waste***

***Thunder Lung*** Spirit Intensity required: 3 - violent coughing attack. Each time with attack must succeed in Endurance or suffer a cumulative one point of damage to the Chest. This does not heal naturally and cannot be healed magically until the disease is cured.
