Engulf 4 - on successful contact (regardless of damage), defender must make a opposed "Athletics" or Gloomkin binds. All skill suffer a level of difficulty. Unlike the other Gloomkin the vessel is not "consumed" on binding. Bound characters suffer 1 damage on all locations per second per failed "Endurance" check.
Requires bright light to dissipate or other magic removal means.
Spawn - For free action at end of combat round it spawns 1d3 Gloomkin runts.
Infuse - May grow a nearby Gloomkin in size per Combat action.
If they have more than one of similar size they inch together to fuse into a larger version decreasing the duration time.
These small shadowy outlined humanoids which are black in colour. They have eyeless sockets, glaring into the night, as if daylight. Their corpses burn in the sunlight. |
