The Otter People of Fioracitta, from Fioracitta, The Heart of Power.
The Longane (singular male Longano, singular female Longana, and the “g” is hard as in gone) are creatures of freshwater, preferring the shores of Lake Lascha or the banks of Fioracitta’s rivers, among other freshwater bodies in Itarra.
Longane look like attractive Itarran men and women out on land, but when immersed in the water they can shapeshift into sleek, human-sized otter-like creatures with slick black fur glistening with long guard hairs of silver.
Shifting into otter form takes 1 AP, and requires immersion in water - even a bath or a deep well.
Longane can hold their breath underwater for 3x as long as humans. They gain +50% to Swim: this does not count towards their skill points. |
